A beginner’s guide to guided meditation

MeditationGuided meditation needs a master and a pupil. A pupil can be inculcated with the right set of meditating discipline by the master. The master through his years of practice generates a positive light within himself. He tries to transfer such light to his pupil.

In one such method, the master asks the pupil to close his eyes and think of a light within, at the same time he tries to offer vibes and invisible mental rays to cast out the samskara or impression of the pupils; those that are negative.

A student is then asked to follow methods of venting out the bad impression through the backbone in form of vapor. This can be done by the student alone. While the negative energy peters out, some kind of energy will try to take its place. It is here that a student is asked by the master to think of the almighty and fill the place with His light.
