Few call it the panacea from the Amazonian jungles and others label it as a purple elixir. This purple fruit from Brazil proposes a wholesome pulp full of fiber, vitamin, essential minerals and poly-saturated oils. Acai berry has become the flavor of juice bars in western societies and is being used as product derivatives in many western countries. In this way, it proposes to fight metabolic deficits, low energy levels, fatigue, heaviness, obesity and cardiovascular problems.
Acai berry contains mono-saturated oils, poly phenols, and omega-3 acid. Polyphenols reduce low density cholesterol and mono-saturated oils increase immunity.
It is very rich in fibers and also essential minerals. Vitamins present in Acai almost take care of all the nutrients barring Vitamin C. Olive oils and omega acids create grounds for fast weight loss while also being an instrument to fight cancerous growths.
