Avoid using excess salts

Sufficient amount of calcium in your body is absolutely essential to make your bones strong. Since calcium has such a good effect on the making of bones, people who lack calcium will have to avoid the excess usage of salts or sodium of any form.
This calcium contained blood will reach the kidneys and will get mixed with urine which ultimately results in sufficient calcium loss. Sodium content in the food is one of the prime reasons behind the passage of calcium through urine. Hence it is highly recommended to reduce the sodium or salt intake of all forms to avoid the calcium to lose.
