Fibre diet, nutrition

We live a life that is more bent towards junk cravings. Overindulgence marks our days and nights. The idea is to eat in moderation for better body functioning. Think of it, junk is not well assimilated by the body. It creates digestive issues. Its tough for the stomach as it needs greater number of enzymes to assimilate it and it creates problems for the entire abdomen creating issues of bowel movement.

Fibers solve this issue. They have four pronged benefits. First, they are extremely important for formation of gut which provides with a healthy bowel movement. So if you have constipation, take fibers.

Fibers are sources of vital particles. This creates an overall healthy metabolism.

It flushes out toxins. Once it is properly assimilated in the blood, it takes a lot of toxins along with it prior to be excreted.

Fibers create a feeling of wholesomeness. This cuts down on any junk craving and hence creates a better metabolism.
