Better Body and Mind: Using Food as a Tool

NutritionA well-balanced brain is the key to physical fitness too. If you are depressed, you feel weak and you can’t work at the top of your efficiency. If your brain is malfunctioning, chances are that you will develop Psychophysiological disorders. These are the physical disorders that are caused due to malfunctioning of some parts of the brain. But there are ways to keep the brain fit. And if the brain is fit, you are a happy person.

The best method to keep the brain fit and fine is not the meditation or yoga classes. You may not find them useful until your brain is nourished properly. There is no use sitting your eyes closed with your mind thinking of something else. Before going for such activities, focus on the nutrition you are providing to the brain. Only after you control the brain can you attempt to control your mind, that is, your thought procedure.
