<p>Vitamin C also is a very vital element for healthy and disease free gums. The blood vessels strengthen, making the teeth stronger. Foods which are high in vitamin C content like vegetables, fruits and beans promote good growth of teeth. Drinking lots of water keeps away the food particles which get entangled in the teeth while eating. Green tea is also a very good to avoid tooth decay as it kills bacteria and they also result in lesser staining of your teeth.</p>

<p>Fast food is called “junk” food, its instant food which tastes delicious. But let us warn you that fast foods are devoid of vitamins, minerals, proteins that contribute to a healthy living. It lacks the essential nutritional values of foods but rich in harmful additives. It causes serious diseases like diabetes, obesity, cardiac problems, clogged arteries and many other problems.</p>
<p>So fast food is really bad for the health, so try cutting down on them, we know it is difficult but not impossible.</p>
