Diets and exercises form two basic facets of our well being. Taking diet in moderation and doing proper exercises can help us sustain ourselves healthily. What about the diets that we should take prior to workouts? Now, the idea is to have energy before beginning on exercise schedules but at the same time our body should also be feeling free and the stomach must not feel too tight or loaded.

Prior to workout, one should not fill the belly with too much liquid. Liquids can be more readily assimilated in the body but at the same time they create a wholesome feeling in the stomach which will not let you exercise in peace.

Some fruits and fibers along with a small glass of juice are ideal before exercising. You can take broccoli, beans in very sparse quantity. At any rate, the belly should not be loaded. The best possible idea is to energize oneself through food intake at least an hour and a half before exercising. This again is an oriental theory. Westerners do not mind jumping on their treadmill 5 minutes after a juice. Yes, a couple of bananas can be ideal immediately before exercising.

Meditation is generally done to keep the mind free of conflicts and create a balanced perception of self. Men who have been meditating for long will tell you how it becomes very easy for them to raise their emotional and intelligence quotients according to the demands of the situation. Moreover, meditation helps with keeping a moderate discipline of life intact. Overall, the idea is to form a pathway that reaches the soul and brings peace.

Best way to meditate is to choose a clean spot. Such spot shall not change everyday. Soon our positive energy begins to rest at the places of meditation. Moreover, we should be very focused about external hygiene. While meditating we should focus on one central object and try not to let the mind deviate too much. It can be a flame or a water lily or anything. When external stimulus stops disturbing us, we become masters of the art.

Even if we try and reduce food consumption, the weight problem doesn’t seem to go away. There is a logical way of dealing with such weight problems. It has to do with altering habits. Instead of drinking water during meals, one should do so half an hour before, or, half an hour after meals. This allows saliva to work on the food and aids good digestion.

Instead of drinking ice cold water switch to drinking green herbal tea. This ensures that fat collection in the body is broken and reduces the chances of gaining unnecessary fat. You needn’t always drink tea, if you don’t have the taste for it. A simple solution is luke warm water instead of chilled water from the fridge. This removes any present bacteria and truly helps in weight control. It’s a very great health tip for those who care about their body.

Walking is recommended for people of all ages as a best way to develop a healthier body. Old age people have to go for walking to ensure that, they are free from diseases.

It is a normal tendency that old age people tries to reduce the physical activity when we have to encourage them for walking. When we make them walk for a few hours daily, they will slowly increase the footsteps. As a result, in a short time period, they will be increasing the distance they are going on walk.

As a result, they will have more confidence in themselves which positively adds to their life. They will have improved mental health and the quality of life also will be improved considerably. The pain of the body parts will be reduced and they will have better energy levels and a sound sleep at night. All this, will help them to keep away from diseases.
