Cook Food

When you decide to eat a home cooked meal, it’s the best to eat it when freshly cooked. As such, avoid cooking extra portions or don’t cook and then eat after a few hours. This is essential because apart from the art involved in food preparation reheating the food robs the food of its essential nutrients. Re-heating food can bring back the taste in your food but not the nutrients which die when reheated because food is to be cooked at a certain time for a certain period to retain its nutritional value.

Heating the food over and over again causes the food to lose all its nutritional benefits and as such you don’t get your required proteins and food value from what you eat. All it’s good for is satisfying your hunger but it will not re-energise your body or make your more alert because there aren’t any nutrients left in it.
