Reduce daily calorie intake a little bit. Too much reduction can result to starvation or malnutrition. After some time, take less calories and with time your body will get used to it.

Burn the extra fat by exercising. Jogging or walking fast is all you need. The exercises should not be too strenuous but enjoyable. Start with few minutes’ of exercise, then increase the duration as time goes by.
