Not everyone needs to strive for six pack abs, but what’s essential is you regularly exercise your joints and muscles to allow flexibility and build body strength. You don’t have to go to the gym if that doesn’t fit with your schedule. An early morning brisk walk combined with a bit of running does the trick. You can use the staircase more often and build your calf and thigh muscles by simply climbing up and down and step number one and two. The faster you go, the quicker you’ll work a sweat. That’s what’s important. Sweating helps rid the body of toxins that collect.

Once your exercise routine is dealt with, help yourself to a big helping of fresh juice each morning. Carrot juice is a good choice that fits perfectly in your fitness quest.
