Glycemic diets

It’s true that your health is a reflection of what you eat. If you have unhealthy eating habits, it’s going to reflect on you however much you try concealing it and at that time even if you resort to starving yourself, the difference won’t be visible except you feeling dog tired and fatigue at all times. However, you can look into nutritional aspects of your diet and curb those inner food cravings and regulate what you eat.
First and foremost skip those fries that though tasty can cause immense damage. Instead switch to a high protein and low glycemic diet and over a period you’ll notice the difference. Try such a practice for at least 3 months and apart from shedding that extra weight, you’ll have done your skin a favour because your skin too will look a lot healthier, because nutrition plays an important part in skin behaviour at all times.
