Calculating your nutrition needs is not as hard as many people would think. It is common sense that is you consume the same exact amount of calories that your body needs throughout the day then your current weight will not change at all. A good nutrition has food stuff rich in carbohydrates, vitamin, protein and fat. You should calculate your nutrition carefully to make sure you get the maximum out of it.
