Include leafy vegetables in your menu

Osteoporosis is state of bone when it starts to get thin. The bones in human body in this state are more likely to get fractured. Inclusion of nutritious calcium rich food in your menu seems to be the simplest and the most effective method to get rid of this serious state of bones.

Bones need calcium to store to make it strong. Natural calcium intake is the best and recommended solution to make your bones healthier to lead a much improved life. For this, leafy vegetables should extensively included in your diet like mustard greens, Brussels etc. It is wise to avoid dairy products since it contains animal proteins also along with calcium.
