Lengthen your life through Proper Diet

Even after having a method to live longer, people die young. Most of the people around the dead do not even know why the person died. They may tell you that the person died of cardiac arrest. But they never gave a thought to what led to the cardiac arrest and they too walk on the same route for early death. It is not that they do this knowingly.
People just don’t know that they can live long if they want. To achieve a longer life, you need to make slight amendments to the food you eat and your daily routine. Regarding daily routine, it is not much except that take some form of exercise. The easiest one is to wake up a little early and go jogging or a brisk walk before breakfast.
The food factor has a major role in increasing or decreasing your life. You need to eat food. Keep a check on what you are eating. More of junk food means more blood pressure, and more pressure on heart. Less food means weakness and being an easy prey to carrier diseases such as flu, cholera etc. So the food you eat should supplement your daily need. It is not that you should altogether avoid your favorite pizzas or burgers but you can take something like a salad before taking pizza. This way you reduce your intake of unhygienic food.
Use more of green and fresh vegetable, dairy products, and fruits. Drink lots of liquids such as water, tea, coffee, coco, and all kind of juices. It is even recommended that instead of having three full meals a day, you break it down into smaller intakes at regular intervals. This way you will be able to avoid the snacks and fast foods that will put on a way to early death. No one comes with an expiry date. It is up to you that how you use the natural resources available in form of food to postpone your death.
