More concerns for vegetarian athletes

Vitamin B12 is a critical component to be stored in an athletic body. But, vegetarian athletes will find it hard since vitamin B12 is commonly available from animal sources. Here, literally no other sources have the so called constituent to build a strong body other than cereals and soy milks. Extensive usages of these are recommended to have a balanced nutrition level of the body.

Another concern is the interference of other nutrients of plant origin with iron. For example, whole grains will significantly interfere in the iron absorption of the body which results in a lesser iron content. This has to be taken care from a vegetarian athletic perspective.
