Muscles are some of the most important organs or rather parts of the human body. They are responsible for the actions of contraction and constriction. The muscles can also relax without help and what they thus do best is tighten. As can be understood, a muscle spasm is the most common reason for back pain and other associated pains.

The muscles around the spine add protection. An overexertion of muscles may just cause pain. Human muscles are primarily designed to protect and they all set off an alarm every time they are mistreated. Thus it’s advised to use utmost care with the muscles. The muscles that are both flexible and strong do no usually react very violently as compared to other type of muscles during a strange or unusual situation. The human alarm system triggers the sensation of pain that is the primary indicator of the fact that we are not taking good care of our back.
