Instead of drinking ice cold water switch to drinking green herbal tea. This ensures that fat collection in the body is broken and reduces the chances of gaining unnecessary fat. You needn’t always drink tea, if you don’t have the taste for it. A simple solution is luke warm water instead of chilled water from the fridge. This removes any present bacteria and truly helps in weight control. It’s a very great health tip for those who care about their body.
