Nutrition FoodMost times when you decide, it’s time to grab a bar, for most people it’s a phone call to get some garlic bread, pizza or burgers with French fries. Your instant food options needn’t always include deep fried temptations if you can just be a little watchful over your health. There are healthy alternatives that can be cooked up in the kitchen or even living room in less than no time.

Take a big colander; wash a few cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and salad leaves. Chop it all and throw it in your favorite bowl. Squeeze some lime and black pepper over it and add a dash of olive oil and salt. Mix it well and eat. Not only is this nutritional wholesome food, it’s got great food value that can help improve your health and control weight issues if you diligently follow these easy alternatives rather than always grabbing that bottle of coke.
