Overweight and eating speeds

Does the pace at which you eat, have anything to do with your body weight. If you never thought anything of this earlier, it’s time you do. Research proves that people who tend to eat too fast are in fact swallowing their food and don’t allow the digestive process to get full control. If the food is not chewed well and finds its way into the stomach in a slightly whole form, it becomes difficult for the digestive juices to break down the food as is necessary.
As such, studies reveal that individuals who eta real quick are at the risk of gaining whole lot of weight and this can be difficult to deal with. Take corrective steps now and start chewing your food. Spend an allotted time of the day simply in eating well. It’s almost like therapy, taste the food and enjoy its flavor rather than rush through the nice things of life.
