Prostrate is the part of the body that lies below the bladder. Simply put, it means the gonads and the zone around it. We know that it produces semen and is very important for the human experience. Having said this, prostrate is also the part which is most prone to cancer. With age the chances of prostrate enlargement also looms large on the body. To tackle all this, we have to take care of the diets that we have. Choice of food goes a long way in determining the condition of prostrate.

Prostrate and its condition is controlled by hormones. Testosterone is one such hormone. It has been found out that overindulgence and higher amount of dairy products and amino-acid rich meat products can cause quite a tremor in the prostrate regions.

Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, flaxseed oil and Saw Palmetto are being found to have a great impact on testosterone and they reduce it ably.
