Fruits & vegetablesIt’s often heard that one must consume at least 5 portions of fruits and vegetables each day and for most people this becomes really difficult because you can’t really eat fruits immediately after lunch or dinner. Furthermore if you’re at office most of the day indulging in food habits is almost a remote possibility. As such, you need to be wise. Make sure during weekdays at work you opt for fruits that are easy to eat and not difficult to fit into your daily lifestyle.

You can squeeze in a fruit portion with your breakfast cereals. Through the day you can choose to eat whole fruits like apples, a banana, a guava, and the likes rather than strawberries or grapes. These are easy to carry in your lunch bag and not time consuming when it comes to cleaning ad eating and you don’t even need to knife it, so you don’t have to sacrifice on fruits.
