Health is wealth as most of us know but how to maintain this health and live happily for the rest of life? Well the solution is near to us. Our eating habits and regular exercise habits can help us in living a happy and healthy life.

Tight work schedules have made us robots working for hours and diverted us from regular eating habits. Physical and mental tensions started rising in our body because of poor and improper diet. In order to reduce work tension and increase fitness of the body here are some simple exercises.

In order to increase activeness of body every individual should opt for meditation. At least five minutes of meditation every day will increase the life of a person by 10 months.

Some of natural exercises like bike riding, racking leaves and rock climbing help us in reducing our weight; they also increase the activeness levels in our body and make us free from work tensions.
