Due to the busy lives we live, incorporating a nutritious eating habit has become hard. Steps to nourish your body start by choosing healthy foods. Fresh fruits, vegetables should be eaten more often. They are available locally, need less preparation and are portable.
Vitamins and Minerals are very essential and they can be found in natural organic foods. Mineral supplements can also work where certain foods are scarce. Proteins do not come from red meat alone; try fish, beans, legumes or eggs. Once in a while, go vegetarian. Eat variety of foods to avoid mineral deficiency.
Avoid fatty foods because saturated fats cause ailments. Prepare food at home and avoid junk foods due the free radicals found in them.
Drink lots of water to cool the body, help in digestion and absorption and hydrate the skin and other organs
Water washes out toxic substances which cause diseases and other ailments.
