Vary your diet

In order to control your weight, it’s essential that you are able to eat all that your body needs, rather than sacrifice on important nutrients. As such, don’t stick to just one type of food because soon you’ll be so bored of it that it’ll be uninspiring to eat the same food. Instead mix and match your food cupboard so that you’re happy from within. Instead of eating the same boiled eggs each day, prepare your personal menu and switch between friend eggs, poach, scrambled, boiled, half boiled, French toast, pancakes, or even a pastry.
Don’t always turn to bread, and instead try eating rice if that’s a possibility. Instead of your regular tea, try drinking milkshake every once in awhile. It’s nutritious and once you’re full with the fruity milk drink, your urge to drink a cup of tea for that day will subside. It’s these little changes that affect our health and keep us healthy in the long run.
