Men who have been meditating for long will tell you how it becomes very easy for them to raise their emotional and intelligence quotients according to the demands of the situation. Moreover, meditation helps with keeping a moderate discipline of life intact. Overall, the idea is to form a pathway that reaches the soul and brings peace.

Best way to meditate is to choose a clean spot. Such spot shall not change everyday. Soon our positive energy begins to rest at the places of meditation. Moreover, we should be very focused about external hygiene. While meditating we should focus on one central object and try not to let the mind deviate too much. It can be a flame or a water lily or anything. When external stimulus stops disturbing us, we become masters of the art.
